Andrew Gerber has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since January 2022. Prior to joining Paymentus, he was an attorney at Premier, Inc., a publicly traded technology-driven healthcare improvement company from 2013-2022, most recently serving as the Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. From 1998 to 2013, Mr. Gerber was an associate and then partner at several international law firms advising clients across a broad spectrum of industries on securities, governance, and M&A matters. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Gerber was an attorney and Special Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Mr. Gerber holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland School Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland (College Park).
